Swimming pool(4m X 8m), Outddoor shower, outdoor sunken bath/Jacuzzi, Thai massae pavilion, full equipped bathroom, sundeck, verandah, bedroom with his/her dressing room, steam/shower room.

Facilities:
All Villas have twin unit air-condition, ceiling fan, multi-channel satellite, TV, DVD player, CD player, extensive tea/coffee mini-bar facilities, internet access, digital safe, hair-dryers, protable phone and bathrobs.

Banyan Tree Gallery: - open from 0900hrs to 2100hrs, Library with Free Internet Access, board games and books, CD's / DVD available at Reception, Free form swimming pool with sun loungers. The hotel offers free snorkelling equipments, kayaks, canoes, wind surfing, water skiing. Watersports activities, Deep sea fishing and Diving with fee.

* Children between ages of 13 - 16 years old, charge at US$ 132 to sleep on sofa couch.
* Children above 16 yrs will be charged at Full adult rate.
* Parental consent is required upon decision for child to share villa.

* Full pre - payment is required before the guests'arrival, otherwise space will be released.
* DAY ROOM - 1200hrs to 1800hrs - 50% of contract
* DAY ROOM used beyond 1800hrs:- Full rate will apply.
* Late check out is subject to room availability.
